📈 𝗙𝗿𝗼𝗺 𝗚𝗿𝗼𝘄𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗕𝘂𝘀𝗶𝗻𝗲𝘀𝘀𝗲𝘀 𝘁𝗼 𝗕𝗮𝗰𝗸𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗧𝗵𝗲𝗺: 𝗧𝗵𝗲 𝗡𝗲𝘅𝘁 𝗖𝗵𝗮𝗽𝘁𝗲𝗿 𝗼𝗳 𝗠𝗮𝘁𝘁𝗶𝗻𝗴𝗹𝘆

I’ve always been passionate about growing businesses — from the three successful family businesses I grew up around to the four I’ve built and launched since.

𝗧𝗵𝗲 𝗴𝗿𝗲𝗮𝘁𝗲𝘀𝘁 𝘃𝗮𝗹𝘂𝗲 𝗶𝘀 𝗰𝗿𝗲𝗮𝘁𝗲𝗱 𝘄𝗵𝗲𝗻 𝘀𝘁𝗿𝗮𝘁𝗲𝗴𝘆, 𝗲𝘅𝗲𝗰𝘂𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗼𝘄𝗻𝗲𝗿𝘀𝗵𝗶𝗽 𝗮𝗿𝗲 𝗮𝗹𝗶𝗴𝗻𝗲𝗱.

Since day one, Mattingly has focused on delivering outcomes.We partner with leadership teams to shape strategy, drive execution and unlock measurable performance. That core consulting work remains central to who we are and remains unchanged.

But over time, a pattern has emerged.

When we’re deeply embedded in a business — when we believe in the leadership, see genuine scalable potential and know we can materially influence growth — advice alone isn’t always the right model.

𝗔𝗹𝗶𝗴𝗻𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝗺𝗮𝘁𝘁𝗲𝗿𝘀.

So this is the next chapter of Mattingly.Alongside our consulting work, we will now selectively take ownership positions in businesses we are actively involved in — contributing:

• Strategic and operational leadership

• Commercial acceleration

• Sweat equity

• And, in some cases, our own capital

𝗧𝗵𝗶𝘀 𝗶𝘀 𝗻𝗼𝘁 𝗮 𝗳𝘂𝗻𝗱.𝗔𝗻𝗱 𝗶𝘁’𝘀 𝗻𝗼𝘁 𝗮 𝗱𝗲𝗽𝗮𝗿𝘁𝘂𝗿𝗲 𝗳𝗿𝗼𝗺 𝘁𝗿𝗮𝗱𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝗮𝗹 𝗰𝗼𝗻𝘀𝘂𝗹𝘁𝗶𝗻𝗴.

It’s a deliberate move toward deeper alignment in situations where conviction is high.

We will only do this selectively — where we can materially influence outcomes and help build something meaningful.
